It's officially fall — do you know where your leaf blower is? How about your cozy throw blanket, or your space heater, or your toasty layering pieces? If you answered "no" to any of the above, worry not — the best Amazon deals I've dug up this week include all of those and then some, and it's not even October Prime Day yet.

Oh, you haven't heard the news? Fall Prime Day — officially called "Amazon Prime Big Deal Days" — is coming back this year with promises of deep discounts across a slew of categories. The event officially kicks off Tuesday, Oct. 7, and runs through Wednesday, Oct. 8, but with the sales I'm seeing? You'd think it was already in full swing.

For instance, would you expect to find an iPad Air marked down to its lowest price ever on an otherwise ordinary Monday? I think not. How about a KitchenAid stand mixer slashed by over $140? (And just in time for baking season to boot.) Want to get a head start on your holiday gift list? Snag a Lego Star Wars Advent calendar for a record-low $38. And that's just the beginning.

Best Amazon deals: Rare sales

This little whizzer is one of my most-reached-for kitchen gadgets, and it's still going strong at about a decade old. It's super compact, but it's powerful enough to blitz nuts into butters, and I also use it to bring together certain kinds of doughs in a jiffy. It's perfect for pureeing vegetables into sauces and soups, emulsifying dressings, and I've even used it to make whipped cream when I don't feel like whisking by hand. At $33, its best price since spring, it would be going in my cart if mine weren't still working as perfectly as it is.

If a sleek design is at the top of your tablet wishlist, this latest model — which is down to its best price ever — has your name on it. Equipped with Apple's powerful M3 chip, it offers all-day battery life, a stunning 12-megapixel camera and a Liquid Retina display that makes movies and TV shows pop.

Been eyeing one of these bad boys? You'd be wise to pounce while you can save over $140, and just in time for baking season to boot. At 4.5 quarts, it can hold enough dough to make up to eight dozen cookies at a time (though it won't take up too much room in your kitchen).

This is the brand I, a former professional baker, use at home, and it comes with a beater, dough hook and whisk attachments for making practically any baked good under the sun. Since it does all of the mixing for you, it'll give your arms a break, and you can let it run while you prep other ingredients — a must when making large batches. Snag it for its best price in months.

Yeah, I did a double-take when I saw the price, too — and the fact that these are Amazon's No. 1 bestselling leggings? Sold! Everyone needs a pair of these come boot season, since they can slide right into styles narrow and wide, and is there a more classic (not to mention, comfy) fall uniform than a slouchy sweater worn over these stretchy pants? I think not. Grab a pair (or 10) while they're down to their lowest price yet.

Those floppy headrests you're sleeping on aren't doing your neck any favors, but you can snag this plush, supportive pair for its lowest price to date (over 50% off).

They were designed to be comfy whether you're a stomach, back or side sleeper, and the cooling cover and moisture-wicking material help prevent things from getting sweaty on stuffy nights.

Is it just me, or are plaid throw blankets cozier than others? Whether or not that's true, this one — at more than 50% off — certainly isn't lacking in couch-cuddling appeal: One side is made of soft fleece while the other is faux shearling for extra plushness. Wrap yourself up in it with some popcorn and a movie, and you've got an autumn night I'd describe as "iconic" — almost as iconic as this near-all-time-low price (it's only dropped a dollar lower).

You love the cooler temps fall brings, but the leaf maintenance? Not so much. But that's why tools like this cordless wonder exist. It's lightweight, but can reach speeds as fast as 150 mph to clear your yard in no time, and because it comes with two batteries, you'll be able to work for up to an hour before needing a charge (30 minutes per battery on low speed). This is its lowest-ever price at 35% off.

"Shiver me timbers!" — that's what your feet won't be saying, thanks to the toasty air this compact appliance cranks out. Snag one to place under your desk or by your couch to ward off chills on colder fall days and nights; at just over 2 pounds, it's easy to move from room to room as needed. This discount drops the price to within about a dollar of its lowest on record.

Natalie Portman was recently spotted wearing this exact pair of slippers, and the soft "Mushroom" color is currently marked down to less than $50 in select sizes. With chillier weather on its way, your feet will thank you for being proactive about securing them a toasty retreat (the insoles are fleece-lined), and the sturdy outsoles are durable enough for outdoor wear as well.

All-time low price alert! "Made from a wool-blend, this cozy tank is breathable and moisture-wicking," says Senior Style Writer Rebecca Carhart. "Plus, it will look just as amazing on its own as it does under a cardi, jean jacket or blazer. But what I love most is that the fabric is pre-shrunk and was made with anti-pilling technology, so you don't have to worry about it getting ruined in the wash or looking cheap. Yep, it's machine-washable too!"

You don't need to bust out your bulky puffer juuust yet, but you'll need a stylish layering piece to keep you warm in the meantime. This lovely "coatigan" (no, I didn't make that up!) is easy to throw on over any outfit and will keep you toasty without being too heavy. I have never seen it dip lower than $34, so you're getting it for just about its best price yet with this deal. (Prices vary.)

This small yet mighty handvac has been scooped up more than 60,000 times in the past month alone, so it's clearly doing something right. Don't be fooled by the fact that it weighs just 1.4 pounds; shoppers rave about its strong suction and impressive battery life. Plus, it comes with a built-in crevice tool for reaching tight spaces, and according to my price trackers, at nearly 45% off, it's within a dollar of its lowest price on record.

Bye-bye, soggy bath mats: Yahoo readers are adding this ultra-thick, impossibly soft rug to their carts in droves. It's made of highly absorbent, quick-drying chenille microfiber that'll soak up excess water from your feet in a jiffy, and its plush texture will feel like heaven after your shower. At 40% off, it's within a dollar of its lowest price yet.

While I'd typically urge you to steer clear of sharks, this is one I'd recommend getting up close and personal with. It's certainly much lighter than a Great White — just over 8 pounds — and since it's corded, you won't have to worry about running out of juice in the middle of your cleaning sesh. The pop-out hand vac comes in, well, "handy" for cleaning higher surfaces, and at 41% off, it's down to the lowest price I've ever seen.

After some digging, Weekend Editor Rachel Roszmann discovered that this affordable spray counts none other than Martha Stewart among its fans: "Carmela Barabas told British Vogue about Martha's love for [the spray] — she should know; she’s Martha’s fave facialist at the Badescu salon in New York City. Martha likes it for reviving dehydrated skin, but it can also soothe irritated and sensitive complexions, thanks to aloe. This formula contains clarifying thyme extract and rosewater, which can reduce redness and puffiness. Use it on its own or as a setting spray after you've applied your makeup."

All that for a mere 10 bucks? Oh, and it rarely goes on sale for less.

Talk about a toothsome two-fer! This combo includes both a water flosser to clean your gums more gently and an electric toothbrush for busting away plaque more efficiently than manual brushing. A Waterpik flosser alone costs more than this duo, which, at over 40% off, is within eight bucks of its record low. Say cheese!

"I've tried a lot of eye creams," says Senior Beauty Editor Jennifer Romolini. "And, for my money, CeraVe makes the best drugstore depuffing/under-eye brightening treatment currently on the market. Not only does it feel good on your skin (absorbs quickly, no gross pilling), it's also fragrance-free, hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. Olivia Wilde also loves it, along with thousands of reviewers, who say it's like Botox in a cream. I'm not sure about that claim, but I do know this is a quality skin care staple at a price everyone can afford."

Speaking of which, this is close to as low as I've seen it all year (it's 40% off!).

Did you know flour mites are a thing? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, yes, these teeny-tiny pests exist. They can be found in just about any type of dried pantry staple like flour, oats, grains and spices, but transferring these foods from their original packaging to airtight containers can help prevent mites. Keep those little creatures out courtesy of these airtight canisters, which come with airtight lids.

At 16-cups each, they can hold a good amount and include scoops — plus, the price is just about as low as it's ever been.

Behold: the coveted Stanley cup. These bestselling beverage bearers rarely go on sale (they're so popular that they don't really need to), but this one happens to be marked down to a new record low in a handful of pretty hues — good time to stock up!

It's got a built-in flip straw and keeps drinks cold for up to nine hours (40 hours if they're iced). Plus, its tapered bottom will fit right in your car's cup holder.

When I say that this is my parents' latest obsession, I'm not exaggerating; since they got it, I've received dozens of texts about the pizzas they're making in it. According to them, it's extremely user-friendly, works quickly and the pies "taste wood-fired," thanks to the fact that it reaches 800°F, resulting in a nicely charred crust. Plus, it's designed for indoor use, so you can prep pizzas even when the temps drop.

It's currently within $7 of its all-time lowest price, so if the idea of hosting year-round pizza parties appeals to you, I'd recommend adding it to your cart while the slice is right. (I'll stop now.)

Never lose your luggage, purse, car, keys — anything, really — again. Just attach one of these smart tags to the item you want to track and you'll be alerted of its whereabouts via your phone. The deal on this four-pack brings each tag down to about $19 (they typically retail for $25 to $30 a pop). Grab a few for your, er, forgetful family members...

Make fighting with your family members over power outlets a thing of the past, courtesy of this electrifying gadget. It's equipped with five AC outlets and four USB ports, enough for everyone to charge their iPads, iPhones, MacBooks (you get the picture) all at once. Oh, and it's so much sleeker than having a power strip on your floor — and you won't have to worry about tripping over it.

No, it's not a massive discount, but this bestseller is within a dollar of its all-time low (and it's retailed for as much as $20 in the past).

Prefer a sleek tablet over a heavy laptop? Look no further. Apple products are so sought after that they don't really need to go on sale, and when they do, it's often because they're older models. That said, this is the most recent version of this iPad, which makes this markdown extra noteworthy.

Senior Deals Writer Chris McGraw, who specializes in all things tech, says, "It's an ultra-light, thin tablet that's powerful enough to replace your laptop for most tasks but slips into your bag without a second thought. With a large 11-inch Liquid Retina display, you're swiping and scrolling in vibrant color and sharpness that makes any screen that came before feel like an old tube TV.

"If you've got a habit of toggling between a dozen apps, streaming videos and replying to messages at once, you're in for a treat. This iPad is ready to keep up with whatever you throw its way. And if you're into gaming, the graphics capabilities mean you can play even demanding games without dropping a frame."
