It's only Week 4 of the 2025-26 college football season, but there has already been plenty of movement in the Heisman Trophy market at sportsbooks.
Texas Longhorns QB Arch Manning was the +500 preseason favorite at BetMGM to win the award, but he was surpassed as the favorite by LSU QB Garrett Nussmeier after Manning's poor Week 1 performance in a loss against Ohio State.

Nussmeier (+700) was the favorite in the Heisman market in Week 2, before falling back to a tie with Oklahoma QB John Mateer (+900) in Week 3.
After a poor performance in Week 3 (15-of 27, 220 yards passing, 1 TD, 1 INT) in 20-10 win over Florida, Nussmeier's odds fell back to 15-1 and there is a new betting favorite to win the award: Miami (FL) QB Carson Beck at +700.
Beck is fourth in college football with an 89.9 QBR, has thrown for at least 205 yards and 2 TDs in all three games and has led Miami (FL) to a 3-0 record, including two wins over ranked opponents (27-24 win against No. 6 Notre Dame and a 49-12 drubbing of No. 18 South Florida).

The transfer from Georgia also has a 79.3% completion percentage, which leads college football.
Miami (FL) is up to 16-1 odds to win the College Football Playoff (after opening at 35-1) and is the +180 favorite to win the ACC.
The fourth-ranked Hurricanes are 7.5-point home favorites against Florida this weekend.
Manning currently sits at 30-1 odds to win the award and remains the player with the most wagers and total dollars wagered to win the Heisman. He is also the sportsbook's biggest liability to win the award.
