For the first time since December 2022, Erick Stevens will step into a professional wrestling ring. Beforehand, he took a seat on his toilet.
Stevens’ trip to the bathroom came with the aim of muting out the sounds of his household while he issued a message to his upcoming opponent, Noah Veil.
“Before anybody says anything. Yes, I’m on my toilet. Look, it’s summer vacation. All three kids are home. I got no time to myself,” Stevens said before one of his children innocently interrupted with a hope to play the Daddy Robot game. Stevens promised to do that, plus change the youngster’s wet shirt, after finishing his promo.
“Noah, you’ve been asking for this match for a very long time, and I bet you thought it was never going to happen, right?” Stevens continued. “Well, I didn’t think it was ever going to happen either, but here we are, July 12th, Sarasota, Florida, Munchies 420 [Cafe], you and me. I’m gonna make your wish come true. But here’s the thing, I’ve been waiting for a chance to get back in the ring for a long time. Now I’m getting that chance in my hometown in front of my friends, family, even my kids.
“I know this match means a lot to you. So I know you’re taking the opportunity very seriously. I know you’re a hell of a wrestler. You got a ton of heart, but it won’t matter. I’ve been dreaming about this moment, not you, per se, but just anybody. Between the PTA meetings, the butt wiping, the temper tantrums, all I could think about was man, it would feel really good to beat the s*** out of somebody. Now, I finally get my chance. There’s a saying, and I’m sure you’re familiar with it. Be careful what you wish for, because, Noah, on July 12th, you’re going to get it.”
July 12th see @NoahXVeil and @erickstevens82 in the main event of Live Pro Wrestling’s return to @Munchies420FL !!!! Gonna bang, yall! https://t.co/ABwwYsIfsA
