🚨Breaking: Cáceres’ move to América has collapsed

Just minutes ago, César Luis Merlo dropped the bombshell. Although everything seemed to indicate that Cáceres was going to leave for English football, the reality is that his departure has fallen through.

Ipswich Town had offered 5 million dollars guaranteed plus another 5 million in bonuses. The offer was rejected and Las Águilas were supposed to send a counteroffer, something that never happened.

The América board was not satisfied with the payment terms offered by the English club and, after taking more than seven days to respond, Ipswich decided to withdraw from the deal and look for other alternatives.
