Napoli, new market strategy?

Napoli is experiencing tense hours after the friendly match against Olympiacos, which, in addition to success, brought the injury to Romelu Lukaku. As reported by Corriere del Mezzogiorno, the Belgian will undergo exams today, August 17, for the problem with his left quadriceps: the first sensations speak of at least a month of stop, with consequent absence in the first league games.

A heavy verdict could upset market strategies. The sale of Eljif Elmas to Leipzig, already defined in detail, risks being frozen to guarantee more solutions to Conte. Meanwhile, the idea of ​​flanking Lorenzo Lucca with another reliable striker remains alive, in case Lukaku's stop is prolonged.

Roma, Bailey's agent confirms

Roma is close to placing an important shot for the attack: it is Leon Bailey, the offensive winger of Aston Villa. The player's agent, Craig Butler, landed in Rome, confirmed the concrete interest and the willingness to seriously evaluate the Giallorossi offer. Leeds United has in fact presented an important offer: €3 million annual salary for the player and the payment of the full termination clause of €28.8 million. A move that confirms the club's willingness to anticipate the competition.

Fiorentina, the latest on sales

Lucas Beltrán is increasingly close to goodbye, but only under certain conditions. In Stefano Pioli's 3-4-1-2, with Gudmundsson and Dzeko destined to complete the attack together with Moise Kean, the space for the Argentine appears reduced. According to the Corriere dello Sport, the player is fine in Florence and has no intention of leaving Tuscany, unless the River Plate, a club to which he is very attached, calls.
