Tony Parker house details: Kai Cenat stream reveals $16.5M mansion complete with Nando's restaurant

Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker embodied those values, as did Kawhi Leonard when he joined the fray. 

As it turns out, Parker isn't exactly living the simple life in his post-playing career. A live stream appearance with Kai Cenat revealed Parker is living the dream in a massive mansion, which includes his own restaurant. Cenat and other popular streamers are spending their "30 Days of Summer" marathon in Parker's house, creating an odd mashup throughout July.

Where does Tony Parker live?

Parker's mansion is located in Boerne, Texas, a San Antonio suburb just north of the city. In 2018, Parker actually personalized the address of the home, renaming it to 9 Rue Parker in a tribute to his jersey number. "Rue" translates to "street" in French. 

The former Spurs guard has made a home in the San Antonio area despite hailing from France, and who can blame him with the mansion he has? The city has shown its love for Parker over the years, and he has shown plenty back to the community. 

As of 2020, the population of Boerne is just under 18,000.

Tony Parker house details

Parker's house is loaded with amenities, to no surprise. The mansion features a private water park, including lazy rivers, and it has 10 bedrooms, eight bathrooms and four additional partial bathrooms. The property spans 53 acres.

The house includes a nearly 6,000-square foot gym, a tennis court, an outdoor volleyball court and, of course, a basketball court. 

All of that working out would make someone hungry. What wasn't well-known before Cenat started streaming in the house is that Parker has a 24-hour Nando's PERi-PERi chicken restaurant. The live stream showed a massive Nando's logo, bar seating and an employee behind the bar.

The mansion also features a wine room that can fit up to 1,500 bottles.

Here's what a prospective buyer wouldn't get: the "champion room," which features Parker's jerseys, trophies and NBA championship rings. Well, you would get the room — just don't expect Parker's prized possessions to come with it. 

The exact value is the house isn't clear. Parker listed it for $16.5 million in 2024 but has since taken it off the market. It was also listed for $19.5 million in 2021. Whether the mansion would fetch $16.5 million at this point is unknown, but all of the amenities Parker has at his disposal wouldn't come cheap.

What is Nando's restaurant?

Nando's is a fast-food chicken chain that specializes in Portuguese-style peri-peri chicken. The chain started in South Africa and has more than 1,200 restaurants in operation across the world. 

Nando's is fairly new to the United States. The first restaurant opened in Washington D.C. in 2008, and there are still only 46 locations in the U.S. — or 47, if you count Parker's private restaurant. 

With only four public Nando's restaurants in Texas, anyone looking for some PERi-PERi chicken might find that their closest location is actually right in the middle of a former NBA champion's mansion.

Tony Parker career earnings and net worth

Parker made $165.8 million in NBA contracts over the course of an 18-year career that included four championships. His largest contract was signed in 2004, when he agreed to a six-year, $66 million extension with the Spurs. Parker ultimately spent 17 of his 18 seasons in San Antonio, so it's no surprise he's chosen to stay in the area long-term even after his playing career.

Parker's net worth is an estimated $85 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Some of that money went toward his Boerne mansion, which undoubtedly requires constant upkeep between the waterpark, gym and Nando's.
