It has all of the others beat with its practical design, U-shaped rack and nonstick surface that makes cleanup a breeze.

This roaster holds up to 24 pounds, so you can fill it up with as many veggies and proteins as you'd like and they'll all cook evenly. The pan itself is made of steel, so it's sturdy but light enough to handle even when filled to capacity.

The lead-free nonstick surface, though, is the real star. When roasting my turkey, I line the bottom of the pan with root vegetables and nothing sticks, even when I forget to add liquid. It all just slides off easily when it's time to serve. The removable rack is curved and has two handles on the sides, making it easy to lift the bird out of the pan and separate it from the drippings without making a mess.
