Tom, 26, is approaching his fourth NFL season. He's started each of Green Bay's games the last two seasons, but has never made a Pro Bowl.

The Packers selected Tom in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft out of Wake Forest. He was a part-time player as a rookie who played in nine games, including five starts midway through the season. He split his time as a rookie between left tackle and left guard.

Tom earned the starting job at right tackle ahead of the 2023 season and has held down the position since. His performance and reliability at the position compelled the Packers to award him with a lucrative long-term deal that includes a historic signing bonus.
