Official: Emerging Real Madrid talent rewarded with new contract

An up-and-coming member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has late this week been handed a new contract.

The name of youngster Pitarch has of course emerged as an altogether prominent one behind the scenes in Spain’s capital over recent weeks.

This comes after the 18-year-old was afforded a chance to impress in senior training, an opportunity which he has since taken full advantage of.

Xabi Alonso and his staff are understood to have been left taken aback by Pitarch’s abilities, despite his tender years.

And as alluded to above, the appreciation for the Spaniard’s gifts evidently stretches into the boardroom at the Santiago Bernabéu, too.

As per a report from transfer insider Fabrizio Romano:

‘Real Madrid talent Thiago Pitarch signs new deal at the club after very positive feedbacks from Xabi Alonso. The midfielder has put pen to paper today.’
