NFL Week 3 betting: Odds, lines and totals for every game

Week 3 gets underway with a matchup of AFC East rivals when the Miami Dolphins visit the Buffalo Bills on "Thursday Night Football."

The Bills cruised past the New York Jets in Week 2 to move to 2-0, while the Dolphins dropped to 0-2 after falling to the Patriots in New England.

Not surprisingly, the Bills are the biggest favorite (-13.5) on the Week 3 slate.

Sunday afternoon features two matchups of undefeated teams, with the Philadelphia Eagles (-3.5) hosting the Los Angeles Rams and the Arizona Cardinals hitting the road to face the San Francisco 49ers (-1.5).

"Sunday Night Football" will feature a pair of winless teams: the New York Giants and... the Kansas City Chiefs. The Giants fell to 0-2 after a wild finish in Dallas, and the Chiefs remained winless after a loss to the Eagles in their Super Bowl rematch.

The week wraps up with an enticing "Monday Night Football" matchup, as the Detroit Lions visit the Baltimore Ravens at 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC/ESPN.
