NFL Reacts to Shedeur Sanders' Trending Challenge Video

Over the past couple of weeks, a lot of talk surrounding Shedeur Sanders has been about his major slide in the 2025 NFL Draft.

From being a projected first-round pick—with many even predicting him to go in the Top 10 or 20—Sanders fell all the way to the fifth round, where the Cleveland Browns snagged him with the 144th overall pick.

Now, as he continues to work with the Browns in preparation for the 2025 NFL season, Sanders appears to be enjoying his time with the team.

On Saturday, a video of Sanders doing a reflex challenge trended online. As he played the drop stick game, the 23-year-old quarterback was able to catch six out of 10 sticks.

However, what made the video stand out was his laugh at the beginning when he made his first catch. Even the NFL couldn't help but comment on it, noting that it was "impressive."

"Grabbing the first flag with the sound effect was impressive," the NFL wrote.

Clearly, Shedeur Sanders is trying to have more fun with the Browns—something that he recently talked about during Cleveland's rookie minicamp.

While speaking to Browns reporter Andrew Siciliano on the "Best Podcast Available," Sanders shared that he told himself after a practice that he "gotta have more fun."

"For sure I had fun, but you got to think in those (pre-draft) process, it's so serious, so serious, so serious all the time," Sanders added when Siciliano asked if he did not have fun.

"Whenever you're around teammates and being around everybody now, it gave me that wholesome feeling again being around the team chemistry, the different personalities that you're going to meet, all those different types of things."
