New England Patriots claim former Giants QB Tommy DeVito off waivers

After having the opportunity to play for his hometown team for two seasons, the New York Giants cut quarterback Tommy DeVito going into the 2025 season. Now, he’s reportedly found a new home with the New England Patriots.

DeVito was claimed by the Patriots. There, he joins a team where Drake Maye is solidified as the starting quarterback and Joshua Dobbs on the 53-man roster as a veteran backup.
