Mr. Iguana wins puppet fight over Finn Balor at Worlds Collide

Worlds Collide (Sept. 12, 2025) was a showcase for lucha libre, and it was also the stage for a puppet showdown between Mr. Iguana and Finn Balor.

That developing rivalry has quickly spun out of control with La Yesca and Demonito. Technically, the match was mixed tag with Mr. Iguana & Lola Vice versus Finn Balor & Roxanne Perez. The real draw was to see the puppets fight.

Balor brought a black sack to the ring to hide Demonito from the public. In the early going, Mr. Iguana tossed the bag under the ring. Demonito popped up from the apron, and it clearly wasn’t Balor giving him life.

The moment finally arrived for La Yesca versus Demonito. Finn and Demonito had the upper hand until Mr. Iguana executed the iguana rana. La Yesca was launched for a suicide dive colliding into Demonito. Mr. Iguana followed for a slingshot plancha onto Balor. As for the actual match, Vice unleashed a spinning backfist to pin Perez.

La Yesca, or rather a puppet imitation, was shown later in the show drinking Prime with Logan Paul.
