Jake Paul and Tank Davis came face-to-face for the first time earlier today (Mon., Sept. 22, 2025) at the conclusion of their first-ever press conference (video replay here), which went down in New York City ahead of their 10-round boxing fight on Friday Nov. 14 in Miami, Fla.
As expected, Paul — who outweighs Davis by over 60 pounds — towered over the current WBA Lightweight champion. Take a better look below:
The bout will be contest at 195 pounds over the course of 10, three-minute rounds using 12 oz. gloves. A winner will be announced when the dust settles, either by the three judges ringside or a stoppage. Furthermore, both men will be enrolled for drug testing under U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
As for the first-ever presser, it was very disappointing to say the least as both men lacked in the trash talk department, with Paul trying his best to get a rise out of Tank, bringing out balloon artists to entertain the “clown” who “puts his hands on females.” Tank tried to offer up a rebuttal, but he has as much charisma as a sloth, with apologies to the sloth. Tank also had to be reminded of the date of the scheduled bout.
Nevertheless, the two men will go at it once more tomorrow, this time in Miami. Let’s hope they bring the heat like “The Magic City” does.
