Honeywell International HON -0.41%decrease; red down pointing triangle struck a roughly $2.2 billion deal for pump-and-compressor maker Sundyne, extending the company’s brisk pace of dealmaking.

The all-cash deal was announced Tuesday morning, confirming an earlier report from The Wall Street Journal.
