Contributed photoFAIRVIEW — The Meadville/Saegertown (French Creek Valley) 9-11 year old Little League baseball team won a Section 1 championship on Thursday with a 11-6 victory against F.L.A.G. in Fairview.
French Creek Valley scored five runs in the third and added six in the fifth for a 11-4 lead. F.L.A.G. scored twice in the fifth, but didn’t mount a rally.
