Chelsea train ahead of Bayern: Lavia spotted as is new name who’s been added to the squad

Romeo Lavia has been spotted in Chelsea training today as they have their last session before heading out to Germany.

The Blues face off against German giants Bayern Munich, who are already trying to play some mind games against Chelsea!

It’s already brewing up to be a huge game, and there is plenty of history between these two sides with some huge games already in the Champions League. Chelsea obviously beat them on penalties to win the competition for the first ever time in their history in 2012. But then there was a sense of getting their own back on us a little when they knocked us out of the same competition in 2020 with an aggregate score of 7-1.

The games begin, as does the training….

As reported on X, Romeo Lavia is in training for Chelsea today after his long lay off from injury. He had been back in training last week, but he looks to be continuing this week as well and may well have a part to play tomorrow night.

As well as this, we have seen Facundo Buonanotte in training today as well after initially not making the Champions League squad. But it looks like he has now come in for the injured Dario Essugo in the Chelsea midfield.
