Caitlin Clark is not letting an injury get her down!
Hours after the WNBA All-Star shared that she would be sitting out the big game, Clark was seen dancing at the All-Star Champagne Launch Party at INVY nightclub in Indianapolis.
In videos shared to social media, the Indiana Fever phenom, 23, toted a beverage, a white Prada shoulder bag, and wore a wide smile as she partied with fellow stars of the W — including teammate Aliyah Boston, former Iowa teammate Kate Martin (who now plays for the Golden State Valkyries) and Minnesota Lynx guard Courtney Williams.
In one hilarious moment from the evening, Clark caught them up on her day away from practice, while she rehabs a groin injury which she reinjured in a game earlier this week.
“All I did today was watch golf!” the reigning Rookie of the Year yells, while Boston stealthily takes Clark’s beer out of her hands.
At another point in the evening, the former Iowa standout enjoyed the view from the DJ booth, as she grooved to Waka Flocka Flame’s “Grove St. Party.”
Just hours later, Clark and Boston joined teammates Kelsey Mitchell and Sydney Colson in a live Good Morning America spot in which they touted the weekend, which kicks off on Friday, July 18 with the 3-point Contest and other events.
“I’m feeling good,” Clark told Robin Roberts, after the co-host asked how she was doing, now that she's missing the weekend’s on-the-court festivities “Obviously a lot of this cheers me up. It’s good to see everybody out here having a good time.”

On Thursday, Clark shared a statement about missing the game.
“I am incredibly sad and disappointed to say I can’t participate in the 3-point Contest or the All-Star Game. I have to rest my body,” she said. “I will still be at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for all the action and I’m looking forward to helping [Liberty coach] Sandy [Brondello] coach our team to a win.”
Or, as she told Roberts on Friday: “I’m gonna be active on the sidelines.”
