- Ben Baby covers the Cincinnati Bengals for ESPN. He joined the company in July 2019. Prior to ESPN, he worked for various newspapers in Texas, most recently at The Dallas Morning News where he covered college sports.

A native of Grapevine, Texas, he graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree in journalism. He is an adjunct journalism professor at Southern Methodist University and a member of the Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA).
CLEVELAND -- Charlie Jones can add another return touchdown to his career record.
Cincinnati's wide receiver started Sunday's game with a 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns. It was the first Bengals kickoff returned for a touchdown since Brandon Wilson returned one against the Giants in 2020.
— Cincinnati Bengals (@Bengals) October 20, 2024Jones is no stranger to returns touchdowns. Last year as a rookie, Jones took a punt back 81 yards for a touchdown against the Baltimore Ravens.
The former Purdue standout has been a recent addition to the kickoff return group. Sunday was the first time Cincinnati had just one return man to receive the kick.
