Ousmane Dembélé is among the frontrunners to win the 2025 Ballon d'Or. As the final verdict approaches, scheduled for September 22, the French winger has received a major endorsement from none other than Thierry Henry.
Appearing on the CBS Sports set, the former French international revealed his six favourites to win the trophy—and made headlines by naming Ousmane Dembélé six times.
"I don't even need to say anything, just look at the picture. We can talk about a lot of players, but for me, he's going to get it," declared the legendary Gunners striker.
Back in March, the 2003 Ballon d'Or runner-up was backing Raphinha for the win, stating: “For me, Raphinha is leading the Ballon d'Or race, thanks to his exploits in the Champions League. With 11 goals so far, he is outshining many other contenders.”
It seems Henry has changed his mind after Dembélé's exceptional end to the season, which saw “Dembouz” play a pivotal role in Paris Saint-Germain's historic Champions League triumph.
