Aon has made leadership changes within its Reinsurance Solutions division, aiming to bolster its reinsurance global client advocacy services.
Steve Clark has been appointed as the global head of Claims and Client Services Advocacy for Reinsurance Solutions, and Ann Field as global head of Client Experience.
Matt Moore will take on the role of head of Client Services and Advocacy in North America for Reinsurance Solutions and David Griffiths as global head of Claims Strategy and Innovation.
In his new role, Clark is tasked with overseeing Aon's global advocacy proposition, ensuring that clients are provided with support and expertise in managing their claims.
His responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives across various geographies and solution lines.
Field's responsibilities include collaborating with product and client segment leaders to refine advocacy efforts, increasing client satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
She will also work in conjunction with Aon's technology, Business Services and Client Advocacy teams to enhance the Client Services operating model.
Clark and Field will continue to report to Leonora Siccardi, Aon's global head of Client Solutions for Risk Capital and Reinsurance Solutions’ chief claims officer.
Siccardi said: “Our clients face a highly complex environment when managing their claims and accounts. Aon recognises the importance of continually evolving our services to meet our clients’ new challenges and demands in the current macroeconomic landscape. These new appointments will enable us to drive increased value and resilience for our clients.”
Moore, reporting to Clark, will be tasked with aligning North American Client Services including claims, accounting and collateral functions with the insurer’s global advocacy framework.
He will also partner with technology and strategy teams to drive transformational changes within the region.
Griffiths is responsible for improving the company's claims proposition and supporting wider claims-related initiatives.
Earlier in the month, Aon introduced the Profitable Growth Tool, an advisory service aimed at assisting insurers in improving their performance and positioning in the market.
